Target Information
NK1.1 (Killer cell lectin-like receptor subfamily B, member 1, KLRB1, NKR-P1A, CD161, cluster of differentiation 161)은 Natural Killer (NK) 세포를 지칭하며, 면역 자극 후 세포독성 및 사이토카인 분비를 매개하는 림프구입니다.
C-type lectin 초과패밀리의 여러 유전자(특히 rodent NKRP1 glycoprotein family)가 NK 세포에서 발현되어 NK 세포 기능 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다.
KLRB1 단백질은 C-type lectin 특유의 모티프를 포함한 세포외 도메인, 막관통 도메인, 세포질 도메인을 가지며, 외부 C 말단을 가진 type II 막 단백질로 분류됩니다.
NKR-P1A 수용체(KLRB1 유전자 산물)는 Lectin Like Transcript-1 (LLT1)을 기능적 리간드로 인식합니다.
