Product Specific Information
Antibody detects endogenous levels of LRP6 only when phosphorylated at Ser1490.
Target Information
LRP6 is essential for the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, acting as a coreceptor together with Frizzled for Wnt. It serves as a high-affinity receptor for DKK1 and DKK2, but not DKK3. Interaction with DKK1 blocks LRP6-mediated Wnt/β-catenin signaling via Kremen proteins-mediated endocytosis.
