Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris와 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.
Target Information
- ITLN1은 기본적인 포도당 섭취에는 영향을 주지 않지만, 인슐린 자극 포도당 섭취를 촉진합니다.
- 인슐린 존재 여부와 관계없이 AKT 인산화를 증가시킵니다.
- 미생물에 대한 방어 시스템에 관여하며, 병원체의 탄수화물 사슬 및 galactofuranosyl 잔기를 함유한 세균 성분을 칼슘 의존적으로 인식할 수 있습니다.
- 철 대사 과정에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
