For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Connective Tissue Growth Factor (CTGF), also known as CCN2, is a member of the CCN family.
CTGF is a secreted protein produced by umbilical veins and vascular endothelial cells.
It contains an Insulin-like Growth Factor (IGF)-binding domain, a thrombospondin type 1 domain, and a cysteine knot region.
CTGF is involved in chondrocyte proliferation and differentiation, induces angiogenesis, and promotes cell adhesion in fibroblasts, endothelial, and epithelial cells.
