Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The ILVBL gene encodes a protein similar to thiamine pyrophosphate-binding proteins found in bacteria, yeast, and plants.
It shows the highest similarity to bacterial acetolactate synthases (AHAS), enzymes that catalyze the first step in branched-chain amino acid biosynthesis.
