Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PRKD2 (PKD2) is a member of the protein kinase D serine/threonine protein kinase family. It participates in the signal transduction pathway induced by phorbol esters and the CCKb gastrin receptor.
PRKD2 shows strong homology to PKD/PKC and PKCnu, particularly in the cysteine-rich zinc finger-like motif, pleckstrin homology domain, and protein kinase domain, but low similarity to other PKC family members.
