Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL 또는 0.2 mL의 증류수(DDW)를 사용하여 재구성합니다. 항체는 상온에서 동결건조 형태로 배송되며, 도착 후 -20°C에 보관해야 합니다. 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 빛을 피하여 최대 1주일간 보관할 수 있습니다. 장기 보관 시에는 소량으로 분주하여 -20°C에 저장하고, 반복적인 동결 및 해동을 피하십시오. 사용 전 모든 항체 용액은 10,000 × g에서 5분간 원심분리하십시오.

Alpha-1-adrenergic receptors (α1-ARs)는 G 단백질 결합 수용체(GPCR) 초가족에 속하며, 세포의 증식과 성장 조절에 관여합니다. α1A, α1B, α1D의 세 가지 하위형이 있으며, 모두 Gq/11 단백질을 통해 신호를 전달하지만 활성화 패턴은 다릅니다. 본 항체는 α1D-adrenergic receptor를 인식하며, 해당 유전자는 두 개의 엑손과 하나의 인트론으로 구성되어 있습니다.
