Target Information
MAP4K1(HPK1, Hematopoietic progenitor kinase 1)은 Ste20 serine/threonine kinase 계열에 속하는 혈액세포 특이적 단백질로, MEKK/JNK/SAPK 신호전달 경로의 상위 활성인자이다.
MAP4K1은 adaptor 단백질 SLP-76을 인산화하여 T세포 수용체(TCR) 신호 및 T세포 증식을 억제한다.
HPK1은 MEKK1을 직접 결합 및 인산화하며, JNK1의 활성화를 유도하나 Rac1/Cdc42와는 결합하지 않는다.
이 경로는 혈액세포 분화의 분자적 기전을 이해하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다.
