Target Information

FGFR1 (also known as FLT2)은 fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR1–4) 계열의 멤버로, 17종의 성장인자(FGF1–17)에 대한 고친화성 수용체 역할을 하는 막관통형 tyrosine kinase입니다.
FGFR1은 중배엽 유도, 세포 성장 및 이동, 기관 형성, 골 성장 등 다양한 생물학적 과정에 관여합니다.
FGFR1의 대체 스플라이싱으로 다양한 발현 변이가 발생하며, 배아 발달 및 성체에서 차등적으로 발현됩니다.
FGFR1 결함은 Pfeiffer syndrome, idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, Kallmann syndrome type 2, osteoglophonic dysplasia, Jackson-Weiss syndrome, Antley-Bixler syndrome 등 여러 질환과 관련이 있습니다.
염색체 이상은 stem cell myeloproliferative disorder 및 stem cell leukemia lymphoma syndrome과 연관됩니다.
