Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MRG15 is a component of the NuA4 histone acetyltransferase (HAT) complex, which plays a key role in transcriptional activation of select genes through acetylation of nucleosomal histone H4 and H2A. This modification alters nucleosome-DNA interactions and promotes binding of modified histones with transcription-regulating proteins. The complex is involved in oncogene-induced growth, tumor suppressor-mediated growth arrest, replicative senescence, apoptosis, and DNA repair.
