Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed) 시, 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.
Target Information
Transthyretin (TTR, Prealbumin)은 혈장 단백질로서 thyroxine과 retinal-binding protein의 운반체 역할을 합니다. 주로 간에서 생성되어 혈장으로 분비되며, 뇌척수액 단백질의 약 25%를 차지합니다. 이는 혈액-뇌척수액 장벽을 통한 선택적 수송 또는 중추신경계 내 합성 가능성을 시사합니다. TTR은 노인성 뇌 아밀로이드 병변의 신경반, 신경섬유 엉킴 및 미세혈관 병변에서 발견됩니다. 40종 이상의 TTR 유전자 변이가 아밀로이드 침착과 관련되어 보고되었습니다.
