This antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by antigen-specific affinity chromatography. The purity is >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
The removal of introns from nuclear pre-mRNAs occurs on complexes called spliceosomes, composed of four small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (snRNP) particles and several transiently associated splicing factors. PRPF3 is one of the proteins that associate with U4 and U6 snRNPs, playing a key role in pre-mRNA splicing.
