Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
KRT20 encodes a member of the keratin family, which are intermediate filament proteins maintaining epithelial cell integrity.
Type I cytokeratins are acidic and form heterotypic pairs with type II keratins.
KRT20 is a major protein in mature enterocytes and goblet cells, specifically expressed in gastric and intestinal mucosa.
Type I cytokeratin genes are located on chromosome 17q12–q21.
