Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the keratin family, which includes intermediate filament proteins responsible for maintaining the structural integrity of epithelial cells.
Cytokeratins are divided into type I (acidic) and type II (basic or neutral) proteins, forming heterotypic pairs.
Cytokeratin 20 (KRT20) is a major protein in mature enterocytes and goblet cells, specifically expressed in gastric and intestinal mucosa.
Type I cytokeratin genes are located on chromosome 17q12–q21.
