- <40% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat CINC-1
- No cross-reactivity with rrCINC-3, rhCXCL3, rhCXCL5, rhCXCL6, or recombinant mouse CXCL6

Target Information
CXCL1, CXCL2, and CXCL3 (also known as GRO alpha, GRO beta/MIP-2 alpha, and GRO gamma/MIP-2 beta) are CXC chemokines that bind with high affinity to the IL-8 receptor type B. These proteins are potent neutrophil attractants and activators.
In vitro, processed forms GRO-alpha(4–73), GRO-alpha(5–73), and GRO-alpha(6–73) exhibit approximately 30-fold higher chemotactic activity.
