Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 40% reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-17A/IL-17F heterodimer is observed.
- No cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-17, recombinant canine IL-17, rmIL-17B, rmIL-17C, rmIL-17D, rmIL-17E, or rmIL-17F.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
IL-17A and IL-17F are homodimeric cytokines secreted by Th17 cells, γδ T cells, and subsets of innate lymphoid cells. They can also form a heterodimer, IL-17AF. These dimers signal through the IL-17RA/IL-17RC receptor complex to mediate mucosal immune responses and are associated with inflammatory conditions such as IBD, asthma, atopic dermatitis, and rheumatoid arthritis.
