이 항체는 Cyclin D1을 인식하며, Cyclin D1은 33 kDa의 세포 내 단백질로 SDS-PAGE 조건에서 약 36 kDa 밴드로 나타납니다.
Target Information
Cyclin D1 (PRAD-1, bcl-1)은 세포주기 조절의 핵심 단백질로, CDK4 및 CDK6과 결합하여 Rb 단백질을 인산화시킵니다. 다양한 인간 종양(특히 mantle cell lymphoma)에서 과발현되는 원형암유전자(proto-oncogene)로 알려져 있습니다. Cyclin D1은 세포 성장 자극 시 CDK4/CDK6과 복합체를 형성하여 G1/S 전이를 조절하며, 성장 자극이 없을 경우 ubiquitin 매개 분해를 통해 불안정해집니다. 이 단백질은 세포주기 생물학 및 암 관련 연구에 유용한 표적입니다.
