T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT), also known as VSTM3, is a type I transmembrane protein belonging to the PVR family of immunoglobulin-like domain containing proteins. It consists of an immunoglobulin variable domain, a transmembrane domain, and an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif (ITIM).

TIGIT is expressed on activated T cells, follicular T helper, memory T cells, regulatory T cells, and NK cells. It binds to CD155 (PVR) with high affinity and regulates T-cell mediated immunity via the CD226/TIGIT-PVR pathway. TIGIT also acts as a negative regulator of NK and T cell activation.

Human TIGIT Antibody (20A9), mAb, Mouse is produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of partner and B-lymphocytes obtained from a mouse immunized with TIGIT.

Target Information

Binds with high affinity to the poliovirus receptor (PVR), resulting in increased IL10 secretion and decreased IL12B secretion, thereby suppressing T cell activation through the generation of mature immunoregulatory dendritic cells.
