BLAST analysis suggests cross-reactivity with Pdcd4 from human, mouse, rat, and Xenopus based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence.
Cross-reactivity with other species has not been determined.
Target Information

PDCD4 (Programmed Cell Death Protein 4) is a tumor suppressor whose expression is lost in breast, colon, lung, and prostate carcinomas.
PDCD4 inhibits the helicase activity of eIF4A and the transactivation by AP-1.
Akt kinase phosphorylates PDCD4, reducing its inhibitory effect on AP-1-mediated transcription.
There are two known isoforms of PDCD4.
