Target Information
S100A7 단백질은 2개의 EF-hand calcium-binding motif를 포함하는 S100 단백질군의 일원으로, 세포 내 칼슘 신호 조절 및 세포 주기 진행, 분화 등의 과정에 관여합니다. 다른 S100 단백질과 달리 N-말단 EF-hand에서 칼슘 결합 능력이 결여되어 있습니다. 이 단백질은 건선 환자의 피부 병변에서 현저히 과발현되지만, 가족성 건선 감수성 유전자로는 제외되었습니다. 정확한 기능은 아직 명확히 밝혀지지 않았습니다.
