Target Information
S-100 단백질 패밀리는 다양한 표적 단백질과 상호작용하여 생물학적 신호 전달 경로를 조절합니다.
여러 암세포주에서 S-100A10은 세포 표면에 과발현되어 Annexin II와 복합체를 형성하지만, 이는 막 국소화나 plasminogen 결합 및 활성화에 필수적이지 않습니다.
또한 S-100A10은 Hepatitis B 바이러스 중합효소의 세포 내 샤페론 역할을 하며, 세포질에만 존재하는 중합효소의 일부를 핵으로 이동시켜 바이러스 복제 과정에서의 역할을 시사합니다.
