Target Information
TREM1 (Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid Cells 1)는 Ig superfamily에 속하는 수용체로, 세균 및 진균 감염 시 호중구와 단핵구 매개 염증 반응을 증폭시킵니다. 이는 염증성 사이토카인 및 케모카인의 분비를 촉진하고, 세포 활성화 표지자의 표면 발현을 증가시킵니다. TREM1과 TREM2 같은 관련 단백질은 염증 반응의 조절에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, TREM1은 염증성 장질환과도 관련이 있어 TNF, IL-6, IL-8, MCP-1 생산을 증가시킵니다.
