Target Information
Wnt 신호 전달 경로는 다세포 생물에서 보존된 과정으로, 발생 중 중요한 역할을 하며 암 및 기타 질환에도 관여합니다. Dact2 단백질은 Disheveled(Dvl)과 결합하는 Dact 단백질 계열의 구성원으로, Wnt 신호 전달에 필수적인 세포질 단백질입니다. Dact2는 흉선, 신장, 침샘 발달 중에 두드러지며, Dact1과는 다른 역할을 수행합니다. 특히 Dact2는 β-catenin 비의존적 planar cell polarity/convergent-extension 신호 전달에 더 큰 영향을 미치며, TGF-beta 수용체의 내포성 분해를 촉진하여 Nodal 신호를 억제할 수 있습니다. Dact2에는 최소 두 가지 isoform이 존재합니다.
