Target Information
Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for rabbit immunoglobulins. They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit targets. Secondary antibodies enable use of multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and provide enhanced sensitivity through signal amplification. Typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled rabbit immunoglobulins, then purified and modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) to yield highly specific reagents.
