Target Information
Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for rabbit immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit targets. Secondary antibodies enhance signal detection through amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. Typically, they are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and may be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
