Product Specific Information
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned, and individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
The nuclear factor of activated T-cells (NFAT) transcription complex regulates the expression of proteins involved in the immune response.
There are four main NFAT proteins encoded by separate genes and expressed as several splice variants:
- NFAT1 (NFATp or NFATc2)
- NFAT2 (NFATc or NFATc1)
- NFAT3
- NFAT4 (NFATx or NFATc3)
These proteins share limited sequence similarity with the Dorsal/Rel/NFkB family of transcription factors.
An additional NFAT-related protein, NFAT5, differs from isoforms 1–4 by lacking Fos/Jun contact sites and being calcineurin-independent in localization.
