Target Information
CDK1 (Cell Division Control protein 1)은 세포주기 조절의 핵심 효소로, 유사분열 개시를 위한 START 단계 완료에 필수적입니다. CDK1은 M-Phase Promoting Factor의 촉매 서브유닛으로 작용하며, 진핵생물 전반에 걸쳐 보존되어 있습니다. G2/M 단계에서의 Bcl-2 인산화는 CDK1 매개 신호를 통해 일어나며, 세포자멸사 지연에 관여합니다. 또한 CDK 억제제 NU2058은 안드로겐 비의존성 전립선암에서 치료 가능성을 보인 바 있습니다.
