This Goat anti-Human IgG (Lambda Light Chain) Recombinant Secondary Antibody specifically detects human IgG lambda light chain without cross-reactivity to kappa light chain, heavy chain, or other species immunoglobulins.
Recombinant antibodies are generated using cloned genes encoding the desired antibody, expressed in vitro. They provide enhanced specificity, animal-origin–free composition, and consistent performance across lots.
Each lot’s sensitivity and specificity are validated by ELISA.
For best results, optimize antibody dilution for each assay.
Target Information
Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and specifically recognize human immunoglobulins. They are widely used for detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins. Secondary antibodies enhance assay flexibility and sensitivity by enabling multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification.
