이 Goat anti-Human IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal Recombinant Secondary Antibody는 Human IgG의 Heavy Chain에 특이적으로 결합하며, Light Chain 및 기타 종의 면역글로불린에는 교차 반응하지 않습니다. 다만 Monkey IgG에 대해 중등도의 교차 반응성을 보입니다.
재조합 항체는 특정 유전자를 이용해 in vitro에서 발현되며, 높은 특이성과 로트 간 일관성을 제공합니다.
Superclonal Recombinant 항체는 여러 개의 재조합 단일클론 항체를 조합하여 최적의 에피토프 커버리지를 확보한 정의된 풀(pool) 형태로 제조되어, 향상된 성능을 제공합니다.
각 로트의 민감도와 특이성은 ELISA로 검증됩니다.
