Each lot’s sensitivity is confirmed using ELISA, and specificity is verified by immunoelectrophoresis (IEP).
Rehydrate with 0.55 mL of deionized water and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve (product overfilled for complete recovery). Centrifuge to remove particulates and prepare fresh working dilution daily.
Store lyophilized material at 2–8°C. For long-term storage after reconstitution, dilute with 50% glycerol and store at -20°C as liquid.
No reactivity observed to non-immunoglobulin human serum proteins, heavy chains of all human immunoglobulins, or lambda (λ) light chains.

Target Information

Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of specific targets.
Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, then purified and modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
