Target Information

Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target molecules. Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. These antibodies are typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled human immunoglobulins and may be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) to achieve high specificity.
