특이성:
ELISA 분석 결과 다른 ECM 단백질에 대한 교차반응은 1% 미만으로 매우 낮음.
Human Fibronectin에 특이적으로 반응하며, Collagen I–VI 및 Laminin과의 교차반응은 거의 없음.
비특이적 혈청 단백질 또는 ECM 단백질과의 반응도 미미함.
Target Information
Fibronectin은 230–250 kDa의 이황화 결합된 이합체(dimer) 단백질로, 결합조직 및 혈관의 ECM에서 불용성 형태로 존재하며, 높은 분자량의 중합체를 형성함.
주로 배아 발달과 조직 재형성 시기에 풍부하며, 혈장에서는 용해성 형태로 존재.
Fibronectin은 반복 모듈로 구성되어 있어 collagen, heparin, integrin 등과 상호작용함.
세포 부착, 이동, 상처 치유, 혈액 응고, 면역 방어 및 암 전이에 관여함.
특히 비소세포성 폐암에서 발현이 증가하며, 종양세포의 부착력과 항암제 저항성을 높이는 역할을 함.
Fibronectin 유전자는 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 최대 20가지 전사 변이체를 생성할 수 있음.
