Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ALDH1A3 represents aldehyde dehydrogenase isozymes that play a major role in detoxifying aldehydes generated by alcohol metabolism and lipid peroxidation. The enzyme encoded by the ALDH1A3 gene uses retinal as a substrate, either free or bound to cellular retinol-binding protein.
