Target Information
SPT16과 SSRP1은 모든 진핵세포에서 발견되며 필수적인 헤테로다이머 복합체를 형성합니다. 이 두 단백질은 FACT(Facilitates Chromatin Transcription) 복합체로 알려져 있으며, RNA polymerase II가 뉴클레오솜을 통과할 때 전사 효율을 높입니다. 또한 FACT는 DNA 복제 과정에서도 DNA polymerase의 작용을 촉진하는 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
