Fyb (Fyn binding protein)와 앵커링 단백질 SKAP55 및 SKAP55-R(SKAP55-related protein)은 tyrosine kinase p59fyn과 결합합니다. SKAP55와 SKAP55-R은 Fyb의 SH3 도메인을 통해 결합하며, 휴지기 T 세포에서 p59Fyn의 기질로 작용합니다. SKAP55는 N-terminal pleckstrin homology domain과 C-terminal SH3 domain 결합 모티프(RKxxYxxY)를 포함하고 있습니다. SKAP55-R은 유사한 구조를 가지며 coiled-coil N-terminal domain을 포함합니다. SKAP55는 SLAP-130과 결합하여 림프구 항원 수용체에 의해 유도되는 신호 전달 조절에 관여합니다. Human SKAP55 유전자는 chromosome 17q21.32에 위치하며 359개의 아미노산으로 구성된 단백질을 암호화합니다.
