Target Information
AXL은 만성 골수성 백혈병, 대장암, 흑색종 등과 연관된 수용체 티로신 키나아제입니다.
이 단백질은 성장인자(GAS6 등)와 결합하여 세포 증식 신호를 전달하며, 세포 외기질로부터 세포질로 신호를 전달합니다.
TAM 수용체(Axl, Tyro3, Mer)는 세포사멸체의 식작용에 관여하며, TAM 수용체가 결핍된 마우스는 자가면역 질환 유사 표현형을 보입니다.
Axl은 또한 필로바이러스의 잠재적 진입 수용체로 작용할 수 있으며, 특정 인간 수지상세포 하위 집단(Siglec 6+/Axl+)의 표지자로 사용됩니다.
Axl의 세포 발현은 TLR 리간드(LPS, poly I:C 등)에 의해 증가할 수 있으며, 가용성 형태의 Axl은 막 단백질의 단백질분해 절단으로 생성됩니다.
