Description:
R6H1 단클론 항체는 CD196(CCR6)을 인식합니다. CCR6은 T, B, dendritic, NK, Langerhans 세포에서 발현되는 7회 막관통 G 단백질 결합 수용체로, MIP-3α/CCL20을 특이적으로 결합합니다. 이는 수지상세포, 기억 T세포, B세포의 화학주성 인자로 작용하며, Th17 분화 및 CD4⁺FoxP3⁺ 조절 T세포 발달에도 관여합니다.

Applications Tested:
- Pre-diluted and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells
- Recommended use: 5 µL (0.5 µg) per test (100 µL final volume)
- Cell number: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test (empirically determined)
