This antibody detects endogenous NOLC1 protein at a molecular weight of approximately 140 kDa.
Purity is >95% by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
NOLC1 is related to nucleologenesis and may play a role in maintaining the structural integrity of the fibrillar center and dense fibrillar component in the nucleolus.
It exhibits intrinsic GTPase and ATPase activities, and may be involved in transcription catalyzed by RNA polymerase I.
