For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex with a highly ordered ring-shaped 20S core structure consisting of four rings of 28 non-identical subunits (two alpha and two beta rings). Proteasomes are abundant in eukaryotic cells and degrade peptides in an ATP/ubiquitin-dependent, non-lysosomal pathway.
The immunoproteasome variant processes class I MHC peptides. The PSMB4 gene encodes a beta subunit of the 20S core, belonging to the proteasome B-type (T1B) family.
