Target Information
Pax3 (Paired Box 3) is a transcription factor involved in development of the peripheral nervous system, melanocytes, vascular smooth muscle, and other derivatives. It regulates neurogenesis in pre-migratory neural crest cells and myogenic progenitors. Alternative splicing results in isoforms with different C-termini.
