Target Information
Coagulation factor IX is a single-chain polypeptide with a molecular mass of approximately 57 kDa. Normal concentrations of factor IX in human plasma are about 3 µg/mL. Deficiency of factor IX leads to reduced coagulation activity and is associated with haemophilia B, an X-linked genetic disorder.
