Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes a protein belonging to the GTP-binding superfamily and the immuno-associated nucleotide (IAN) subfamily.
The encoded protein may be negatively regulated by T-cell acute lymphocytic leukemia 1 (TAL1).
In humans, the IAN subfamily genes are clustered at 7q36.1.
