Target Information
PHLPP2는 Akt 및 PKC 신호 조절에 관여하는 단백질 인산화효소로, AGC Ser/Thr 단백질 키나아제 계열의 C-말단 도메인에서 탈인산화를 매개합니다.
- AKT1의 Ser-473, PRKCB isoform β-II의 Ser-660, PRKCA의 Ser-657에 작용
- Akt의 탈인산화는 세포자멸사(apoptosis)를 유도하고 세포 증식을 감소시킴
- AKT3, STK4, RPS6KB1, RAF1의 인산화 조절에 관여
- 암세포 증식 억제 및 종양 억제 역할 가능
