Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MAFB is a basic leucine zipper transcription factor involved in lineage-specific hematopoiesis. It represses ETS1-mediated transcription of erythroid-specific genes in myeloid cells. This gene contains no introns.
