Target Information
PHKG2는 인산화효소 키나아제 감마 서브유닛의 고환/간 동형체로, 효소는 α, β, γ, δ 서브유닛 각각 4개씩으로 구성된 16량체입니다.
γ 서브유닛은 효소의 활성 부위를 포함하며, α와 β 서브유닛은 인산화에 의해 조절되는 조절 기능을 담당합니다.
δ 서브유닛은 칼모듈린으로서 칼슘 농도 의존성을 매개합니다.
PHKG2 유전자의 돌연변이는 글리코겐 저장병 9C형(autosomal liver glycogenosis)을 유발합니다.
