Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
STOML2 is a mitochondrial protein involved in regulating mitochondrial biogenesis and activity. It stimulates cardiolipin biosynthesis and stabilizes mitochondrial membrane proteins such as prohibitin. Plays roles in:
- Mitochondrial organization and functional microdomain formation
- Cell migration and proliferation
- T-cell activation and calcium homeostasis
- Cellular stress response and mitochondrial hyperfusion
May also influence plasma membrane domain organization and T-cell receptor signaling.
