Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
HAO1 exhibits 2-hydroxyacid oxidase activity. It is most active on the 2-carbon substrate glycolate and also acts on 2-hydroxy fatty acids, showing high activity toward 2-hydroxy palmitate and 2-hydroxy octanoate.
