Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
SAMHD1 may play a role in the regulation of the innate immune response. The encoded protein is upregulated in response to viral infection and may mediate tumor necrosis factor-alpha proinflammatory responses.
Mutations in this gene have been associated with Aicardi-Goutieres syndrome.
