Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The SAMHD1 gene may regulate the innate immune response. The encoded protein is upregulated in response to viral infection and may mediate TNF-α proinflammatory responses. Mutations in this gene are associated with Aicardi-Goutières syndrome.
