Description:
MAR-1 단클론 항체는 Fc epsilon Receptor I alpha (FcεRIα) 서브유닛을 인식합니다. 이 단백질은 IgE 결합 서브유닛으로, 신호전달 기능은 없으며 비만세포와 호염기구에서 발현됩니다. IgE 존재 시 발현이 증가하며, 알레르기 반응 유발에 중요한 역할을 합니다.

Applications Tested:
MC/9 마우스 비만세포주를 이용한 Flow Cytometry에서 ≤0.25 µg/test 농도로 검증되었습니다. 1 test는 100 µL의 세포 현탁액에 염색 가능한 항체 양으로 정의됩니다. 세포 수는 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위에서 실험적으로 결정해야 합니다.
Super Bright 600 특성:
- Excitation: 405 nm
- Emission: 600 nm
- 권장 필터: 610/20 bandpass
- Violet 레이저 사용 가능
- 광산화에 민감하므로 빛 차단 필요
Staining Buffer 권장:
두 개 이상의 Super Bright 염색 항체를 사용하는 경우, 비특이적 상호작용을 최소화하기 위해 Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) 사용을 권장합니다.
Fixation:
염색된 샘플은 IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222) 또는 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333)으로 4°C, 암조건에서 최대 3일간 보관 가능하며 형광 신호에 큰 영향이 없습니다.
